Maxine Gadd - Musk Rose II
If you were to ask the one reason why I'm drawn to fairy art, or mystical art, it has more to do with the elements of romance that many of gifted artists bring to their work. Maxine Gadd, much like Rebecca Cox, grabbed my attention and held it.

Scrap Kits
In a way, I marvel at the individuals who have the patience to sit and design/develop the scrap kits that you often see used with tags. I've from time to time contemplated trying it, and maybe one day I will (that's if my ADD allows me to sit still long enough to do it).
However, in the process of learning to make tags, I've found some wonderfully creative individuals who've so graciously provided free to use (FTU). The simple tag below used a template from Essence of Creativity with the Bluedream Designs - BCA 2009 FTU scrap kit.

Love Remembered - Signature Tag
Another signature tag using Rebecca Cox's "Vintage Moon". You can download directly by clicking on the image and going to the photobucket page. All images are set to share. I just ask that you do not alter the image with the exception of adding your own label or name to it.
With this tag, I used a template from Essence of Creativity and a mask from Artwork by Essex Girl (both of which you'll see a lot in my tags.
Below I've also created some tags using this image for general greetings. You can get this by clicking on the picture and download from the photobucket page.
I've also created some named signature tags. The links are below. If you'd like a custom tag, feel free to email me at dgggassgraphics@gmail.com

Remember Me - Signature Tag
Okay, so when I first started playing with Paint Shop Pro, it took me a little while to learn what the heck a mask was an just how you use it. I'll admit, my knowledge of it's use is somewhat limited and hopefully in time I'll be able to do more with them (that is if my ADD doesn't get in the way and I find a new project).
I created the "Remember Me " tag using Rebecca Cox's Vintage Moon tube along with a mask found on Artwork by EssexgirlFeel free to use the blank tag to add what you'd like to it, such as your name, or own saying. If you'd like it customized, just shoot me an email and I can do that for you and send one back in a 24 hour period. I just ask that you do not remove the copyright or the license that you see on it.
To save this image to your computer, just right click on the image and save it. Below are some thumbnails of additional tags that I made using this image. If you see one that you like or has your name on it and want one for your own, just click on the image to take you to my photobucket page for the full size and save it from there.
One final thing with Remember Me. In my boredom, I had created some pre-named tags. You can find the named Remember Me tag (as well as others) in their respective photobucket directories, just follow the links for the names.

Rebecca Cox - Vintage Moon
If you were to ask me which work of art by Rebecca Cox would be my favorite, I would have to tell you this one.
You may not know who Rebecca Cox is, or be able to identify her work, however, if you've spent a lengthy amount of time on the net, you've probably ran across one of her images. Whether it's this one, or one of her fairy art works, or of her maidens, her work draws the attention of the novice web designers who often feature artwork on their personal site.
What draws me to the artist's work is her use of emotions and the romantic tone to them. In this one, I see a look of longing. An ethereal being who watches over her earth bound lover, wanting to be with him.
Somehow, this one piece had grab hold of my attention and would not let go. Perhaps this is why when I began purchasing tubes, this was the first one that I purchased.
You can view more of Ms. Cox's artwork at her site Sapphire Designs. If you're like me and wish to create something using her images, please visit Creative Image and License Management to purchase her tubes.

So I'm addicted, is that a problem?
It’s not a good thing when I’m bored. Being bored has led me to blogging on a sports site, writing poetry, writing a novel and last but not least, getting creative. My creativity is limited though. Meaning that when it comes to creating something original, I struggle at it. Not my writing so much, but any type of artistic, craft creation. I crochet, but cannot really come up with an original design to save my life. I pour wax for candles and tarts, but mixing colors and scents, well, let’s just say, there’s no new scent that Armani would be vying for.
I guess, that’s why tagging kind of caught my attention and became an addiction. It allowed me to flex my limited creativity and play with a piece of software at the same time. It also introduced me to the work of various artists, such as Rebecca Cox, Anna Liwanag, Keith Garvey and others that I may not have known of from the work of other taggers. Of course, once I got started, I couldn’t stop. Really, I couldn’t stop,
My name is Denise and welcome to one of my blogs. Hopefully I can share with you some graphics that you may enjoy enough to take away with you, and thank you for visiting one of my many addictions.
